Because our products are perishable and made fresh daily without preservatives, we follow a strict no-return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. However, your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are here to help if you encounter any issues with your order.

1. No Returns Accepted
   Due to the perishable nature of our smoothies, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong smoothie blend).

• Your order was damaged during delivery.

• Your order was not delivered.

In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product/packaging.

• Your order ID and registered contact details.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
   We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after ordering.

• You failed to store the smoothies properly (they must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery).

• You consumed part of the product and later decided to request a refund.

• You contacted us after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
   You may cancel a weekly or monthly subscription by notifying us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Refunds for remaining deliveries will be issued on a pro-rata basis after deducting any applicable discounts or delivery charges.

Please note: Trial packs are not refundable once delivered.

5. Delivery Issues
   If there is a delay in delivery or your order has not arrived, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

6. Quality Commitment
   Our smoothies are handcrafted daily in small batches using 100% natural ingredients. Some separation or sedimentation is normal—just give your bottle a good shake before consuming. It’s a sign that your smoothie is real, raw, and free of artificial stabilizers.
