These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.rasshealth.in (“Website”), as well as any purchases, subscriptions, or interactions you make with our products and services. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. COMPANY INFORMATION

RASS Healthy Smoothies is a Mumbai-based health and wellness brand offering fresh, plant-based smoothies made daily using natural ingredients like beetroot, spinach, amla, aloe vera, ginger, mint leaves, and sugarcane juice. We are committed to delivering nutrition-rich drinks with no added preservatives or artificial additives.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All product information provided on the Website (including descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and nutritional benefits) is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, RASS makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided.

Our smoothies are:

  • Freshly prepared each day

  • Free from preservatives and artificial flavors

  • Designed for general wellness and not intended to treat or cure any medical condition

  1. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment options available on our Website. We reserve the right to update pricing, discontinue products, or introduce new ones without prior notice.

  1. DELIVERY & SERVICE AREA

RASS currently delivers within Mumbai city limits only. We ensure cold-chain delivery to maintain freshness and quality. Delivery is typically available Monday through Saturday.

Subscription Plans:

  • Weekly Plan: ₹672/- for 6 bottles (20% discount)

  • Monthly Plan: ₹2,352/- for 24 bottles (30% discount)

Note: Trial packs (6 bottles for ₹600/-) are available for first-time customers.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

  • Refunds will only be processed in the event of:
    a. Incorrect or damaged product delivered
    b. Order cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery
    To initiate a refund or report an issue, please contact us at support@rasshealth.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9870282588 within 4 hours of delivery.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may pause or cancel your subscription plan by notifying us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Refunds for unused days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed at our sole discretion.

  1. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our smoothies are formulated with natural superfoods and are designed to support general health and wellness. However:

  • They are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

  • Individuals with allergies or medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before consumption.

  • Sedimentation and taste variation are natural due to the absence of preservatives—this is not a sign of spoilage.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website—including logos, product names, photos, videos, graphics, and written material—is the property of RASS and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RASS, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Delays or interruptions in delivery

  • Unauthorized access to user data

  • Inaccuracies or omissions in product information
